The room felt like a closet!!! Daily cleaning should be standard in a hotel charging this much!!! Resolving room temperature and bathroom fixture issues would enhance comfort significantly!!!

the property is an absolute gem, conveniently close to hyde park and kensington gardens, perfect for weekend walkers like me. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming during my stay.

We had a delightful stay with our baby. The location was perfect, just minutes from Hyde Park, and we enjoyed leisurely walks in the area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, truly enhancing our experience. The room had a lovely modern bathroom, which was a nice touch.

In my wife's opinion, the bed sizes were misleading. Upgrading to a larger room should be possible for families.

Great Location with Friendly Staff

We stayed for 2 nights in a cozy Double Room. The location is fantastic, just a short stroll to two tube stations and surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made us feel at home, providing helpful recommendations for exploring the area. The only downside was the room size, which was quite compact, but it served us well for our short stay.

The room was tiny, making it difficult to move around comfortably, especially with bags. Though the staff were friendly and accommodating, the service left much to be desired, particularly in responding to requests. the bathroom was frustratingly small, with a slippery floor that posed a safety concern. the breakfast selection was enjoyable and adequate, featuring various salads.

Great location but super cramped

The location is awesome, just a quick walk to Bayswater. Staff were friendly, and the room was clean, but wow, it was tiny! We had to stuff our suitcase on top of the wardrobe. I appreciate the cafe nearby. the coffee was a nice perk. Honestly, it felt claustrophobic with all the furniture crammed in.

The Hyde Park hotel provided an excellent stay with its prime location close to major attractions and public transport. The room was clean and cozy, which made it a comfortable retreat after long work hours. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided prompt assistance with any issues I faced during my stay.
